The Carpenters' Hall Website was developed with education as one of its major goals. Toward that end, teachers and educators may use any of the information on our Classroom section without needing any further permission.

This special Permission of Use policy is only applicable to the resources and links on this section of the website. If you would like to use any picture or written piece which is not listed or linked to the main Classroom page, please see the Independence Hall Association's general Permissions Page.

Further, this Permission of Use Policy does not grant ownership or any copyrights to the material on the Carpenters' Hall Website. The material may be used only for educational and classroom purposes, and may be printed and distributed freely for those purposes. These resources may not be sold or used for any for-profit or non-educational use without requesting further permission. All rights and ownership of this content belong to the Independence Hall Assocication and The Carpenters' Company of the City and County of Philadelphia.
